Provision of Services
United Postal Cargo acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. While we strive for absolute precision in delivery schedules, transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or international regulatory changes.
- All cargo must be clearly labeled and packed according to international standards.
- Dangerous or prohibited goods must be disclosed prior to booking.
- We reserve the right to inspect any package for security purposes.
Liability & Insurance
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the values defined by international maritime (Hague-Visby) or aviation (Montreal Convention) laws. We highly recommend purchasing our premium cargo insurance for high-value shipments to ensure full coverage.
- Claims for damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Liability does not cover losses due to improper packaging by the sender.
- Indirect or consequential losses are strictly excluded from our liability.
Payments & Charges
Freight quotes are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination provided at the time of booking. Any discrepancies in actual cargo size or weight may result in additional charges. All payments must be cleared strictly before international dispatch unless credit terms have been pre-approved.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international logistics regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where our regional headquarters are located. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the designated legal hub.
